Along with the stunning smartphone offerings, Xiaomi also introduced two new IoT devices for extended smart experience at home – Mi Smart Clock and Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro.
Wrapped in a compact and minimalist design, Mi Smart Clock blends beautifully into any room in the home. Its 3.97’’ full-color touchscreen can display time, weather, calendar, and even function as a digital photo frame. With a special sunrise alarm mode, Mi Smart Clock can gradually increase the display brightness as well as alarm sound when the alarm goes off, easing the user out of sleep. And with in-built Google Assistant and Chromecast4, Mi Smart Clock acts as the home’s AIoT control and entertainment hub, enabling voice control of different Mi smart devices, such as streaming video from security cameras, or casting immense volume of music and entertainment from users’ smartphones.
The all-new Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro sports a 3MP camera that can reach a 2304×1296 resolution for clear images. The camera’s f/1.4 large aperture, 6P lens, and highly sensitive image sensor ensures detailed and bright color images even in low-light conditions. It also adopts next generation AI human detection algorithm to detect human silhouettes and keep users informed via automated messages. With dual microphones and active noise cancellation technology, Mi 360° Security Camera 2K Pro supports crisp two-way communication. It also offers privacy mode so users can prompt the camera to swivel inwards through simple setup on their Mi Home app. The device also supports hands-free voice control via Google Assistant4 and Amazon Alexa.5
